How do PreOrders Work?
For items marked as a preorder, please anticipate delivery within the specified delivery date window as stated in the product description. Preorders allow you to reserve your garment while it's being made, and enable us to fulfill these orders. As a self-funded small business, this is crucial for maintaining our operations and helps us understand which products, colors, and sizes we should prioritize for production.

What Perks Can I Recieve For PreOrdering?
As a token of appreciation for participating in our pre-order model, we offer a 15% discount on all preorders, valid up until one week before orders ship out, 05/20/24.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Your Refund Policy?
We gladly accept eligible returns for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. If the return window is missed, we can offer store credit for eligible returns for an additional 5 days from receipt. To be eligible, items must originate from domestic orders, be full-price, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please be aware that international orders, unique pieces, sample sale items, and items discounted by 15% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. After 12 days from receipt, all orders are deemed final sale.
Refunds are processed within 8-10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen/un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
We do not accept and will not process international returns, inclusive of Full Price items.
All SALE sections or discounted items (meaning all items with a marked down price of 15% or more) are final sale.

How Do I Start an Exchange?
We offer exchanges on full-priced domestic orders. Orders can be only be exchanged for a different size, we do not offer exchanges for a different color or style. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
We do not offer exchanges on international orders, or on final sale items.
Please have the following information ready:

- Please specify the size you wish to exchange for your current one.

Shipping
What are Your Shipping Policies?
Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and peak seasons. Once payment details are verified, orders are fulfilled from Los Angeles and shipped using the carrier of your choice at checkout. For orders over $500 USD, we offer complimentary shipping to addresses in the USA.
Complimentary shipments will be dispatched via UPS or USPS. If you wish to add a signature requirement for delivery, please contact us at info@lotiloti.com with your full name and order number. You'll receive an email order receipt containing tracking information once your shipment is confirmed.
Currently, we do not provide compimentary Saturday delivery services. If you require expedited processing, kindly reach out to us at info@lotiloti.com. We advise doing so prior to placing your order to maximize the likelihood of accommodating your request. While we cannot guarantee expedited processing, we will make every effort to fulfill your needs to the best of our ability.
Please note that once the shipping carrier picks up your package, we relinquish control over its handling. LOTI cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we do not provide refunds for packages lost in transit or for those confirmed as delivered but not retrieved. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Free shipping for orders over $500 applies to domestic ground shipping only. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
What are Your Shipping Options?
We offer the following Domestic Shiping Methods:
UPS Ground / USPS
Processed within 2-4 business days.
Delivered 1-5 business days after processing, depending on location.
UPS Next Day Air
Processed within 1-3 business days. Delivered the next business day after processing.
Orders Shipped to Los Angeles & Surrounding Areas
UPS Ground typically delivers to NYC and surrounding areas within 1 business day. Contact UPS or customer service if you would like a shipping estimate.
Modifications/Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, modifications cannot be made. If you need to cancel your order, please promptly email us at hola@lotiloti.com While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please understand that there may be instances where cancellation is not possible before shipment. If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact our Customer Service team at hola@lotiltoi.com.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered but not received by the recipient.
Incorrect/Damaged Orders
In the rare event of an incorrect order or damaged items upon arrival, please notify us immediately by emailing hola@lotiloti.com and provide photos of the affected merchandise.
For domestic orders with incorrect or damaged items, we typically offer refunds or replacements at no additional cost.
What are Your International Shipping Policies?
LOTI offers shipping to the USA, Canada, parts of Latin/Central America, and parts of Europe.

Note that we will not accept and cannot process any international returns, so please order carefully.
International Shipping Rates
The shipping cost for any international order will be displayed at checkout and will depend on a few variables, including: shipping address, exchange rate, order total, and package weight.
International Delivery Timeline
All international shipments are processed in Los Angeles. Estimated delivery time will be provided upon checkout. Delivery time may also exceed the estimate provided at the time of checkout for rural or remote international destinations, or due to delays in customs clearance procedures.
